Who we are

We are a group of researchers that built the People in my Life-App for a research project as described on this page. While the research project ended in 2019 (see the final report), the App is still available to demonstrate tangible interaction on the iPad.

What does the People App do?

The People in my Life-App allows you to record interaction with tangibles on screen along with microphone audio. This data is stored locally on your device.

Does the People App share any data

The App does not contain any feature to upload or distribute the recorded data. The sole way of accessing this data, is through a wired connection and iTunes or the Finder (as described in this support document). If the device is secured with a passcode (highly recommended), the code is required to unlock the device prior to accessing the recorded files.
